If you receive a product that is non-functional or defective, you are eligible for a hassle-free return within 7 working days of delivery. Our dedicated factory support team will work closely with you to resolve any issues, ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind. Please notify us as soon as possible to initiate the return process.

Condition of Returned Goods

To uphold our commitment to excellence, FORBIX SEMICON® cannot accept returns for electronic parts that are damaged, tampered, bear a defaced logo, broken seal, or show signs of physical alteration. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, complete with all packaging and accessories as shipped from our factory.

This policy helps us maintain the highest standards for all our customers.

Courier Charges (India)

Customers returning goods from within India are required to bear the courier charges for shipping products back to the FORBIX SEMICON® factory. We recommend using a reliable courier service, securely packaging your items, and sharing tracking details with our support team.

Important: FORBIX SEMICON® is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

International Returns

For customers outside India, both courier and import duty charges must be borne by the sender when returning goods to the FORBIX SEMICON® factory. Import duties are generally classified under HS Code 8543 (Electrical machines and apparatus).

We advise consulting your local customs office for accurate information and ensuring all documentation is complete for smooth customs clearance.

Courier Damage Disclaimer

FORBIX SEMICON® company will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or delay caused during courier transportation. Please ensure your package is securely packed and insured if necessary. Any claims for transit damage must be taken up directly with the courier service provider.
