FORBIX SEMICON® Technologies Pvt Ltd provides comprehensive warranty coverage for all our products. This document outlines the terms, conditions, and coverage details for your reference.

Equipment Warranty

Warranty Coverage

FORBIX SEMICON® Technologies Pvt Ltd warrants that Distributor/Purchaser shall acquire Equipment purchased hereunder free and clear of all liens and encumbrances except for FORBIX SEMICON Technologies Pvt Ltd's purchase money.

FORBIX SEMICON® Technologies Pvt Ltd further warrants all Equipment to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of Three Hundred and Sixty (360) days, near to 1 year from the date of delivery.

Important: All repairs covered by this warranty shall be done at FORBIX SEMICON® Technologies Pvt Ltd's premises only. Any supplied equipment or accessories within this duration of 360 days.

Goods Would Be Dispatched After 100% Advance Payment

Delivery Terms

Defects found to be within this scope of the warranty will be repaired by Company and all charges for labor will be borne by FORBIX SEMICON® Technologies Pvt Ltd. If it is determined that either no fault exists in the Equipment, or the damage to be repaired was caused by negligence of Distributor, its agents, employees or customers, Distributor agrees to pay all charges associated with each such repair.

Important Coverage Limitations

Coverage applies to sensors, transmitters, receivers, LCDs, enclosures and sirens in deployment for more than 10 days

Equipment beyond 10 days from sale date will be serviced on chargeable basis

Power supply adapters are NOT manufactured by FORBIX SEMICON®, replacement requires fresh payment

Void seal on equipment must be intact for warranty to be valid

Equipment beyond warranty term period

Void seal broken or tampered

Physical damage beyond repair

FORBIX SEMICON® logo/brand removed

Any internal modifications attempted

Misuse Conditions

Tampering or negligent handling

Power supply exceeding rated tolerance

External devices creating excess conditions

Barcode serial number plate removal

Any unauthorized modifications

Note: Equipment beyond warranty or with void conditions will be serviced on case-by-case basis with material cost and service charges added.

Terms & Conditions

Purchase Orders

Distributor/Purchaser shall order Equipment by written notice to FORBIX SEMICON® Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Each order shall specify:

Number of units to be shipped
Type of units (model numbers)
All optional features

Equipment Acceptance

The criterion for acceptance of FORBIX SEMICON® Technologies Pvt Ltd's Equipment by Distributor/Purchaser shall be the successful operation of the Equipment using FORBIX SEMICON® Technologies Pvt Ltd's standard test procedures and diagnostic test programs applicable to the Equipment involved.

Shipment

All shipments of Equipment shall be made FOB FORBIX SEMICON® Technologies Pvt Ltd's office
Liability for loss or damage in transit shall pass to Distributor/Purchaser upon delivery to common carrier
Shipping dates are approximate and based on prompt receipt of ordering information

Transportation Cost

Distributor/Purchaser shall bear all costs of transportation and insurance and will promptly reimburse FORBIX SEMICON® Technologies Pvt Ltd if prepaid.

Legal Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Distributor/Purchaser may cancel any Equipment on order:

At any time 15 days prior to scheduled shipment date

Must provide written notice

Otherwise, 30% cancellation charge applies on overall order amount

Force Majeure

FORBIX SEMICON® Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be in default by reason of failure in performance if such failure results from fire, explosion, strike, freight embargo, Act of God, war, civil disturbance, material shortage, transportation contingencies, severe weather, or other causes beyond control.
